Excellent 5-1 win for the L3s at home!

Ladies 3s hosted Tring 2s this week, looking to secure their first win of the season.

A strong start led to an early 1-0 goal from Meg Russell-Williams, a good start back following injury! Shortly after, Niamh found the backboard to make it 2-0 going into half time.

Tring came out strong after the break and managed to scuttle one over the line in a messy short corner, making it 2-1. Their come back was short lived however with Cassie slotting one away past the keeper within minutes of us conceding, and then Hannah and Ali only capitalising on this and making it 5-1 at the final whistle. Special mention must go to Ali for her FIRST ever Broxbourne goal!

A really strong team performance, with man of the match going to Lydia.

Ladies 3s hope to build this into the game next week against top of the league side, Bedford 5s.
