Broxbourne Hockey Club are recruiting, we are seeking a Ladies club coach or player/coach with particular responsibility for the Ladies Performance Squad including travelling with the Ladies 1st XI on match days.

Broxbourne Ladies 1st XI have been promoted to the Vitatlity Women’s Hockey League

Conference East twice in the last four seasons but unfortunately find themselves in East Prem for the forthcoming campaign. The club is keen to push for promotion once more and then look to cement our position on the national stage. The Performance Squad is extremely hard working and committed, as well as being friendly and supportive.

Performance Squad and general club training both take place on a Tuesday evening. We believe this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to not only deliver these training sessions but become integral in our desire to prioritise coach development by sharing knowledge and experience with volunteers looking to begin their coaching journey.

For the right individual there may also be potential to become involved in additional sections of the club.

Broxbourne hockey club is a friendly, family focused club with five ladies and four men's teams, as well as an ever growing junior section. We are based in Hertfordshire with great links into London, including a 20-minute train journey into Tottenham Hale.

The hockey club is very fortunate to be part of an excellent multi-sport facility, which also includes Tennis, Squash, Cricket, and the most recent addition of Padel. We boast an on-site clubhouse with free parking, shower facilities and a bar that is open 7 days a week, all within a one-minute walk to our astro pitch with integrated stand.
