The men’s 2s traveled all the way to hitchin to face a bang average blueharts side.
What began as a positive start with a great warm up with plenty of stretching soon became a depressing day as a fantastic save from a beautiful goalkeeper from a short corner turned into broxbourne being behind due to brownies 50 pence knee cap.

Jack now motivated by his defensive blunder decided he needed to make amends by scoring a tap in from some beautiful broxbourne hockey, following this excitement jack buried another from the building broxbourne pressure made it 2-2 with minutes remaining.

And then it all went wrong in fantastic fashion, the young goalkeeper who is normally the best player in the county had a Howler after Lance made a great goal line save the goalkeeper who was famously quoted saying “ 3 points or nothing” decided he’d opt for nothing and paddled the ball into his own net.

After all the carnage’s the 2s decided the only option remaining was beers and with many shouts of Boo la Oie!!!!!

We all lived happily ever after
